What is sola wood?
Our flowers are handmade from sola wood, also known as Balsa wood. This wood is derived from a tapioca plant. Our flowers come from trusted suppliers and quality control is of utmost importance. Sola flowers are lightweight, foamy feeling and sometimes contain visible woodgrain, bark, or knots. These bring character to each flower.
How do I care for my flowers?
To preserve the life of your flowers please store them in a cool dry place. Do not keep in air tight containers or places with excessive moisture as the flowers are made from natural wood which needs to breathe. Keep out of direct sunlight for extended periods of time to preserve the color of your flowers. To dust, use a spray air can or hairdryer set to cool.
How far in advance should I order?
We are becoming busier and busier, so if you want to ensure availability, we suggest at least 2 to 6 months in advance for a wedding or event and 3 to 4 weeks for a home decor piece. A rush fee for a wedding or event will be added to orders booked within 2 weeks of the due date.
When should I expect to receive my wedding order?
During booking, a due date will be discussed, but it will be ready for pickup no later than one month prior to the wedding date (if not rushed).
How custom can Forever Flowers make my order?
We do our best to accommodate as many styles of flowers and greeneries possible. We customize each detail - color, size, shape and theme.
Can I see a preview of my order before pickup?
Yes! We will discuss it during booking, but you can be as little or as much involved as you want. We will send pictures along the process to ensure 100% satisfaction.
How do I pay?
We accept Venmo, PayPal, and cash. A 2.9% W fee will be applied to the total for payments made via PayPal. And we require a 25-50% deposit on every custom order.
